Experience Level:  Senior Level – Senior Project Delivery Lead with 10+ years of experience. It requires relevant 4+ years of project coordination experience, strong Agile knowledge, excellent communication, and proficiency in project management tools.

Role Overview:  We are hiring a hands-on Senior Project Delivery Lead. The role focuses on leading client engagement, bridging communication between onshore and offshore teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include requirement gathering, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and handling escalations. The position requires strong Agile expertise, excellent communication, and proficiency in project management tools.

What is expected of you?

As part of the job, you will be required to

  • Understand the business of the client in its details, what impacts it and how technology helps it.
  • Act as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and internal delivery teams. Be the face of the entire project team for the client.
  • Work with client stakeholders to understand their needs and work with Product Owner(s) to write up the requirements and pass them along to the Offshore team.
  • Support the Offshore Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and tracking project deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
  • Proactively communicate with the client stakeholders for all issues and concerns through weekly and monthly status discussions.
  • Be the single point of escalation for the client when issues need to be escalate.
  • Be the lead for the onshore team members, providing regular feedback, addressing.
  • Track all client issues, risks, and change requests. Escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security protocols, and client-specific guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements.

Requirements

Must have technical skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project coordination/administration within technology or management consulting industries.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry, or health insurance is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project management methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Slack, Confluence).
  • Experience working with an onshore-offshore model.

Good to have Skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare transportation is optional
  • Familiarity with .NET programming stack, SQL or any other databases and Azure cloud infrastructure.
