What is expected of you?
As part of the job, you will be required to
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to drive business insights.
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
- Optimize and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Develop data models and implement DAX calculations in Power BI for advanced analytics.
- Integrate Power BI with various data sources, including databases, cloud storage, and APIs.
- Implement data governance, security, and role-based access control in Power BI reports.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
- Troubleshoot performance issues related to Power BI dashboards and SQL queries.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Power BI, SQL, and data analytics.

Requirements
Must have technical skills
- We are looking for a skilled Power BI & SQL Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain data visualizations and reports using Power BI while ensuring efficient data management through SQL.
- The ideal candidate should have expertise in data modeling, DAX, ETL processes, and performance optimization to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
Good to have Skills
- Demonstrated Experience in using ETL Tools (Azure Data Factory)/Data Warehousing and Data Modelling (Star Schemas / Snowflake Schemas).
- Exposure to additional BI processes like Power Automate, and Power Apps. Etc.,
- Previous Work experience as a Software Developer will be a plus
