What is expected of you?

As part of the job, you will be required to  

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and resolve payroll-related employee queries
  • Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, deductions, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws
  • Perform general accounting duties including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
  • Generate financial reports and assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal audits and financial reviews.
  • Utilize ZOHO applications for day-to-day finance and payroll operations
  • ​Work extensively with Advanced Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

Requirements

Must have technical skills

  • Must have 3-4 years of Professional experience
  • Having good knowledge of Payroll processing and Employee Payroll related queries
  • Have worked on Zoho applications
  • Fluent in communication
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge and knowledge about Statutory compliances (Like GST, TDS etc)
  • Preference from Pune so that traveling to office is easier
