Today we deliver every system with thinkOne, our method that pairs our experts with our agentic engineering and delivery platform. The platform writes much of the code. About Role

Experience Level: 4+ years of experience in SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#. Strong communicator.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with 4+ years of experience in SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills & must be proactive in their communication to work closely with our teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

As part of the job

• Understand the context behind each requirement: who needs it, why, and what could go wrong.
• Break problems into clear, step-by-step technical plans that teammates and AI tools can follow.
• Build and fix features across frontend, backend and database, on whichever stack the work requires.
• Review code, whether written by AI or by teammates, for correctness, security and maintainability.
• Debug real production issues and find root causes.
• Guide and mentor the engineers on the team.
• Speak up when a plan has problems.

Must have technical skills

• 4-6 years building and shipping real software.
• Background in either backend or frontend, with real working ability on the other side. We hire engineers
  who can work on any stack as the project needs.
• Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of at least one database (SQL or NoSQL): schema design, queries, and how data flows
  through an application.
• Experience with APIs and how a request travels from browser to server to database and back.
• Ability to walk us through a hard problem you solved: how you approached it, what you tried and what you
  would change.
• Comfort with AI coding tools and the discipline to verify what they produce.
• Good communication in English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
