What is Expected out of you

As part of the job, you will be required to

  • Working in a high transaction, 24/7, web environment, and Application Programming Interface (API) calls
  • Solid networking fundamentals required
  • Willingness to work extended hours / weekends to meet project deadlines
  • Ticketing tools expertise (Jira, Freshdesk etc)
  • Experience working with Linux systems in large load balanced pools
  • Knowledge of backup systems and software
  • Good grasp on Azure eco system
  • Experience with best practices for change management and code releases

Must have technical skills

  • Bachelor's and High School Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Information Systems, Education, Business, Information Technology, Finance, Real Estate, Manufacturing
  • Any licenses or certifications required: ITIL, AWS, Azure, CDT, ABO, SSL, APICS, DNS, X.509, SOAP, XML
